Terms of Service

Revealed Faith is a non-profit Christian project created and managed by Sechel Systems LLC (“we”, “us”), a software company. Sechel Systems LLC runs the service and receives and allocates the donations that support it.

By using Revealed Faith — on the website or in the app — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Revealed Faith offers guidance drawn only from Scripture. You describe what you're facing in one message and receive one answer: a Bible passage, why it speaks to your situation, how God answered in it, what it can mean for you, an affirmation and a guide to prayer. There is no back-and-forth conversation. Revealed Faith works in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, French, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch and Italian.

If your message suggests you may be in danger, the answer shows crisis helplines first.

Answers are written by artificial intelligence (AI), working from the text of the Bible. The verses they quote come word for word from published translations, but the explanation around them is generated and may contain mistakes. Read each answer with discernment, and weigh it against Scripture and the counsel of people you trust.

Revealed Faith is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or any other professional advice or counseling, and it is no substitute for a doctor, a counselor, a pastor or anyone who knows your situation.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number (such as 911 or 112) or a crisis line right away — don't wait for an answer here.

Revealed Faith is offered free of charge and “as is”. We can't promise any particular outcome from following an answer, or that the service will always be available or free of errors, and — to the extent the law allows — Sechel Systems LLC is not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on an answer.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revealed Faith. If you are under 18, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You can ask one question on the home page without an account. A free account lets you keep your answers and ask a few questions every day, up to the limit shown in the app.

There are no passwords: you sign in with Google or with a sign-in link and code we email you. Each works once and expires after 1 hour. In the app, the email brings a 6-digit code instead, which works once and expires after 10 minutes. Don't share them — anyone who uses one is signed in as you.

Keep your email account secure: it is the key to your Revealed Faith account. You are responsible for what happens in your account; if you think someone else has used it, write to us at legal@revealed.faith.

When you use Revealed Faith, please don't:

• harass, threaten or harm anyone, or use Revealed Faith to do so;
• send anything unlawful;
• ask more than one question on the home page without an account (one per visitor), or otherwise get around the limits on free use;
• copy or collect content with bots, scrapers or any other automated means, or send automated requests;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service, or trick it into producing something other than the guidance it is meant to give;
• use someone else's account or pretend to be someone you're not.

We may limit or suspend access for anyone who doesn't follow these rules.

Gifts to Revealed Faith are received by Sechel Systems LLC, which uses them to run and improve Revealed Faith. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Sechel Systems LLC is a company, not a registered charity, so gifts are not tax-deductible.

Each gift is a single payment; recurring giving isn't offered.

A completed gift made while you're signed in removes the daily limit on answers on the website for your account — a thank-you from us, not the purchase of a service.

If you'd like a gift refunded, email legal@revealed.faith within 14 days of making it.

Scripture. The Bible texts are published translations, and every passage is shown with its translation's attribution: in English the Berean Standard Bible, the World English Bible and the King James Version; the Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish), the Bíblia Livre (Portuguese), the Synodal translation (Russian), Louis Segond 1910 (French), the Luther Bible 1912 (German), Bibel 1917 (Swedish), the Statenvertaling (Dutch) and the Riveduta 1927 (Italian). All are in the public domain except the Bíblia Livre, © Diego Santos, Mario Sérgio and Marco Teles, licensed under CC BY 4.0 Brasil. We reformat the texts (notes and headings removed) and number every verse as the King James Version does, so a few verse numbers differ from some printed editions.

Topics. To find passages for your situation, we use a topical index adapted from Nave's Topical Bible (Orville J. Nave, 1897; public domain) as structured in BibleData by Brady Stephenson (doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19539956), licensed under CC BY 4.0. Changes were made.

Our content. The Revealed Faith name, design and software, and the text we write for it, belong to Sechel Systems LLC. You are welcome to keep, print and share the answers you receive for personal, non-commercial use.

What you write. Your messages remain yours. You allow us to use them only as needed to answer you and run Revealed Faith, as our Privacy Policy explains.

You can stop using Revealed Faith at any time. You can delete your account, and the history of questions and answers kept with it, in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at revealed.faith/account/delete: it takes effect at once. Records of gifts are kept as long as the law requires.

We may suspend or close an account, or block access, if someone breaks these terms, puts others at risk or misuses the service. We may also change Revealed Faith or stop offering it; if we close it, we will try to give notice on the site first.

We may update these terms as Revealed Faith changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Revealed Faith after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Sechel Systems LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
